Pole came into my life just before the pandemic and conveniently aligned with the P-Valley craze that would soon ensue. Fast forward a few years later and pole has all but consumed my life as a student, as a teacher, and as a performer. I am hoping to spread the love, confidence, self—acceptance, patience, flexibility, strength and community that pole has so graciously given me.

Elixir

Elixir was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. As a child, when her parents asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she knew the answer was "A Dancer" but was told "that's just a hobby, you have to picked something that will make money"

Welp, now she has over 10 years of experience teaching pole dance, chair dance, floorwork, twerk, aerial arts and more. As a choreo feen, she strives to make each of her classes attainable, motivating, a full body workout and most of all FUN for bodies of all shapes and sizes!
