Q: I have never tried pole before what do I have to do to prepare?
A: Nothing! Find a pole studio near you and drop into a beginner course. You will slowly build the strength, flexibility and your own style the more classes you take!
Q: I have no upper body strength! Will that be a problem?
A: It is not a problem at all! A Pole Instructors jobs is to help you build strength, flexibility and body awareness. This will progress over time as you continue taking class. Like everything, staying consistent on your pole journey will be key to seeing progressions!
Q: What should I wear?
A: Workout apparel. Shorts and a tank top or leggings (pants that can be rolled up to expose the back of your knees.) You will need skin exposed to help grip the pole. No Lotion!
