You're invited to come train, play, and explore with us in Hawaii! Black Girls Pole is heading to the Big Island for 6 relaxing days of training with some of the best pole instructors in the business, exploring this incredible island, focusing on ourselves, and making lasting connections.

This retreat is all about Power, Performance, and Preservation with a focus on strength training, performance prep, and making time for ourselves. It’s open to Intermediate and Advanced students.

Your retreat package includes stunning accomodations for 6 days/5 nights at a luxury hotel on the beach, 9 hours of training, 3 immersive excursions, and time to relax, connect, and explore the island.

Instructors: Join Phoenix Kazree, Nicole the Pole, and Dalijah Franklin for the Power, Performance, and Preservation Retreat in Hawaii. This retreat is for Intermediate and Advanced instructors.

We recommend everyone be vaccinated that attends, but will not require it. However, we will ask everyone to test 48 hours before arrival and provide negative test results (privately) to attend.

You WILL have the option to select your roommate. During our welcome survey, we’ll ask if you have a roommate and if not, collect some details to best match you up. We’ll also be hopping on a couple of Zoom’s and into a WhatsApp chat as we draw closer to the retreat. This will give you an opportunity to get to know fellow travels and choose your roommate - if you’d prefer.

The best way to ensure you get the complete BGP experience is to fully immerse yourself in the retreat. Because of this, we ask that you attend all excursions. You may even surprise yourself by trying something new!

Whale Watching Boat Adventure

• Led by experienced naturalists, these tours take you out into the beautiful blue waters off the coast of Hawaii, where you're virtually guaranteed to spot humpback whales. The crew will be eager to share their knowledge of these gentle giants, and you'll be amazed at how close you can get to them in their natural habitat. As you watch the whales breaching and spouting, you'll be filled with a sense of wonder at their size and grace. It's an unforgettable experience that you'll cherish for a lifetime.

Big Island Tour

• Be transported to the Pacific coastal town of Hilo to experience its historic turn of the century sights and natural wonders. Enjoy black sand beaches, Rainbow Falls, parks, great shopping, museums that focus on Hawaiian history and restaurants that please every palate.

Traditional Luau

• Discover Hawaiian culture through food, music and entertainment while overlooking Kailua Bay. Sip Mai Tais as the sun sets over the glistening bay and savor a delicious all-you-care-to-eat dinner with traditional island fare.

Enjoy the retreat with your loved one without taking part in the classes. Excursions and hotel room are included in this price. Classes are not included. You’ll share a room with your partner, relative, or friend, who is a full participant of the retreat. They’ll select the double room option above in addition to you selecting this guest option. CLASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED in this option. After checking out, please fill out our welcome survey and include your roommate’s name.

Retreats fill up quickly so we’re offering 3 waitlist spots for this retreat.

If you claim one of these spots, you need to be able to and will be responsible for paying for the entire retreat (and your personal flights to and from) before the start of the retreat. This means, if a spot becomes available with 6 weeks until the retreat, you would be responsible for paying the full amount by the start of the retreat.

ONLY CLAIM THESE SPOTS IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE RETREAT IN A SHORT TIME PERIOD.

How this will work:
If you would like to claim a waitlist spot, email us directly at info@blackgirlspole.com.
From here, we will request a $375 deposit for your spot.
If a spot becomes available, we’ll reach out directly and give you 24 hour to claim your spot and make a payment towards the trip.
If a spot does not become available, we will refund your deposit.
If you cannot attend at the time the spot becomes available, you forfeit your deposit. It will not be refunded.

Again, you are responsible for full payment of the retreat by the start of the retreat. And the same rules apply for cancelation as above.

Disclaimer: Your reservation and non-refundable deposit of $375 are requested immediately. Space is limited and reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Early Bird pricing only applies to new sign ups and is not available to those with credit. A final payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 20 days prior to the start of your retreat. If full payment is not received 20 days prior to the start of the retreat, Black Girls Pole™ has the right to cancel your reservation and accept new applicants. Trips are non refundable.
