We've seen it first hand while hosting Black Girl Pole Retreats and friends, it's not great! Listen to these tips to stay prepared! We've included our list of amazon travel items that are a must to stay sane while on the go!
Amazon Summer Travel Must Haves
I never travel without my Apple Air Tag. It's just so handy and easy to use. I don't have to worry about my bags getting lost, because I can track them wherever they are. And if they do happen to get lost, I know exactly where they are and when they'll be delivered. That's a huge relief, especially when traveling internationally. So if you're looking for a way to keep your bags safe and sound, I highly recommend adding an Apple Air Tag to your checklist. Trust me, it's worth its weight in gold!
Packing Cubes
These packing cubes from Amazon are an absolute must. Not only do they keep everything organized, but you can fit soooo much more when using them. I used to always have to sit on my suitcase to get it to close, but now I can pack everything I need with room to spare. And if you're thinking "I don't need that much stuff", trust me, you do. You never know when you'll want to buy something while on vacation or if you'll want to bring home a souvenir for your bestie. Packing cubes are a game changer.
If you're anything like me, you know the struggle of packing jewelry for travel. Necklaces getting tangled together, not being able to find your matching earring... it's not cute. After one too many trips of this happening, I decided to find an overall travel jewelry organizer to keep things in place.

Other Travel Trips for Summer 2022:
Fly early! If possible, select the earliest flight available. This way there's plenty of day and flights left to switch to if something is delayed or canceled.
If you are checking a bag, bring a carry on with your most important items inside and at least one change of clothes. We are hearing horror stories of bags not making it to destinations. Because of this, make sure to bring any super important items with you on the plane.
If you booked with your credit card, check your card's travel coverage. Premium card holders often have insurances that will cover expenses if a delay or cancellation happens.
Stay considerate! This is an extremely tense situation with airlines being short staffed and everyone wanting to travel this summer. Airlines are not hesitating to leave rude passengers behind.
