Anthropologists believe the “Indian caves” of Inwood Hill Park to be the gathering areas of earliest human inhabitants on Manhattan Island. The rock formation was once occupied by indigenous people mainly the Lenape tribe who lived in the region.
Join us (and bring a friend for free!) for this special hike in our own backyard exploring Inwood Hill Park with BGP Leads Asia and Jo and a guided meditation with breathwork in nature to renew the body & soul. There will be an optional brunch at Tyron Public House after the hike.
